Best Buy is offering two models of the phone for $189.99 and $289.99. That price includes free e-mail set-up from the companys Geek Squad service unit, a $30 value, Scott Moore, vice president of marketing for Best Buy Mobile, said in an interview.

I would prefer at least if AT&T can consider slashing the current contracts for new iPhone contracts, at least for this holiday season. I'm an existing contract holder and I don't want to pay the non-contract holder's price which is a big turn off for me. I hope AT&T considers these existing current contract holders. Otherwise, once the contract gets over I might have to consider T-Mobile G1.

go to at&t.The apple store is not as equipped for a smooth transaction. I went to both. Apple store is too busy all the time

For $10 I'd rather go into an Apple or AT&T store where the reps have more experience.
