I really like the sizes in this set. I have neither of those measures. I have a set of the one cup leftover/storage bowls. They are a perfect size to microwave eggs for breakfast sandwiches on English muffins. Use cooking spray & a dab of butter or margarine for easy release. Also be sure to PIERCE the yolk...if you don't it will explode!!
