DirecTV Deals - 4 months HD Promo

I've had their service for a year and while I was with a rep to disconnect she offered me lower rates not listed publicly by DirecTV to keep me as a customer. I would of taken up the offer but I don't care for cable because I really dislike commercials. The lowest they went was like $25 or $35, still that is awesome compared to the comparable prices with other cable providers.

For those who signed up before March 1st 2006 you own your DirecTV equipment. And if you disconnected as well you qualify for new services and promotions-so I was told today.

Any if you have Qwest it can be a pain to have to resolve issues and disconnect. May be better to get a separate account.
