From what I can see, this is randomized. However, you can increase your chances of winning by inviting more friends. Each friend you invite is an entry into this giveaway. Hope this helps.

for Christmas my son Daniel asked for this game when it comes out...i hope i would win it and suprise him w/ this game. the chances of me winning is slim..but my hopes are still up. if i don't won this, the'res always other things i can get. i might just have to buy it for him....good luck to me...and to all that wants this game..

From the looks of the entries page, it appears to be this way. As you can see, it shows how many invites you have next to your name, and if you count how many entries you have, it should match up. Now, unless an admin says otherwise, I believe the more you invite means the more entries, which means greater chance of winning.
