Maybe it's the items, xptrish. I've only been interested in business cards. It's great to know that they still have some good deals after shipping :)

I used to buy business cards from them when the "free" cards had the slow shipping option of a bit under $4. When I checked last night (I need some cards for a single deal kinda thing) the free shipping is now almost ten dollars. They probably had too many people, like me, not accept any upgrades and simply take the free base cards and pay shipping. So, I can't blame them but it's a not deal for me anymore as they are clearly recouping with shipping costs.
