Looks like the scroll button on the page is missing. If you click anywhere on the page and use your down arrow key, you should see the SUBMIT button at the bottom.

ya, I had already tried that before but it was still not scrolling down but that's alright. Thanks for trying.

It might also work if you hit F11 on your keyboard.

Well, sure enough that F11 trick worked and I was finally able to see the submit button but once you enter the info and hit submit, the page doesn't load it gives an error.:)
