Eating well should be a pleasure.
Inspired by the Mediterranean way of cooking along Italy’s coast,
our simple recipes require the finest ingredients such as imported artisan
pastas, vine-ripened tomatoes, colorful vegetables, extra virgin olive oil,
fresh lemons, select seafood, grilled meats and fresh,
fragrant Italian herbs.
We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a fresh,
delicious meal and feel good afterward…just like they do
every day along the Italian Mediterranean.
We use the freshest, highest quality ingredients for one simple reason; it just tastes better.
Our chefs use simple recipes that let the natural flavors of the food come through.
All of our recipes are inspired by the centuries-old Italian Mediterranean style of cooking.
These recipes are handed down for generations to
passionate chefs like Antonio Iocchi, our Executive Chef.
Born with a love for food, he graduated from culinary school
in Rome at just 17 and then spent years as a professional
chef in the Italian Mediterranean.
He is known for his innovative culinary talent, yet the recipes closest to his heart are the simple tastes he grew up loving and still creates for our guests every day.
We view the meal as a whole experience from beginning to end. And the experience starts as soon as you sit down.
Starting the meal with fresh olives is an age-old coastal Italian tradition. After ripening in the warm Mediterranean sun, they have a subtle sweetness that excites the palate and prepares your taste buds for the meal to come.
And then there’s our peasant bread—freshly baked, warm and delicious—some might say we’re famous for it. We bring a loaf to every table, and when you’re done, we’re happy to bring more. In fact, you might have to remind yourself to save room for the actual meal.
Just help yourself. No really. All of our House Wine is served on the honor system. After all, wine is best when shared with friends.
