- Applebee’s. Kids age 10 and younger will eat free on Halloween at Applebee’s–two free kids meals with adult meals purchased. Costumes aren’t mandatory but they would make the meal more fun!
- Chipotle: If you show up at a participating Chipotle locations from 6:00 p.m. to closing on October 31, 2011, and you’re dressed as something inspired by family farms, you can get a burrito–Chipotle is calling it a BOO-rito–bowl, salad, or order of tacos for only $2.
- Friendly's: Free Ice Cream Cone for each Child in Costume (10/27 - 10/31)
- Come in Costume get a FREE Halloween or Pumpkin Spice Doughnut at Krispy Kreme
- TGI Fridays: Come between October 29th and 31st in costume, and you’ll get a free appetizer
- McDonald's (YMMV): Free Apple Slices for kids under 12 in costume
- On Saturday, Sunday and Monday (10/29-10/31), kids under 12 wearing their Halloween costumes can eat for free at Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes with any adult meal purchase.
- Uno Chicago Grill: Parents can bring their trick-or-treaters in for free make your own pizza to “avoid the doorbell” and dine in costume on Saturday. Young customers will receive trick-or-treat goodies, such as free Craisin packets, and they can decorate pumpkins. Kids in costume can get a free make-your-own pizza. The activities will be offered from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Taco Bell: Walk into Taco Bell on Halloween, October 31. The new Black Jack Taco is free, 1 per person.
- Visit Boston Market through October 31, 2009 and grab two free kids meals with a $6 purchase. Anything on the Boston Market menu that is $6 and over will allow you to get two free kids meals without a coupon.
- Bugaboo Creek: Kids under 12 who come in costume on Halloween get to eat for free with the purchase of adult meal. There is a limit of one free kids meal per adult meal purchase. In addition, parents will be given a treat as well -- Bugaboo Creek will give patrons a Buy 1 Entree Get 1 free coupon good for a future visit.
