I'll say.... Im sooper tempted to buy this SOB. I have been buying hitachi drives for quite a while now, ever since Hitachi bought the division from IBM....

Test the drive within 30 days to determine if it's DOA and you will get NewEgg to replace the drive. If you wait longer than 30 days and then determine it's dead then you have to go through Hitachi.
