i love the new jcpenney the rewards program is great with getting coupons every month and the lower prices and having liz cliaborne and mango really makes a difference and the workout clothes that are always a low price such as xcersion which are much higher somewhere else are great i always go to jcpenney first and if i cant find it there then i move on

You have to realize that you are getting everything on sale...you may not see it but all of there everyday prices are what those items used to be on sale for. The best price is what used to be clearance. If you pay attention most items are the same price or cheaper then before. Yes some items are higher but they are making changes to lower those prices.

JCP pricing is not good anymore... no coupons & rewards. Who ever have the new idea in pricing he need to resign. For sure JCP lost a lot of customers. I always shop at JCP 4 x a week. Now, never try to visit again..

I see all the Kohls people have been posting for Kohls. I find Kohls prices - even with the coupons - too steep. Who wants to pay that kind of money for something that is usually "out" of style within a few months. I check JC Penney first, then Macy's, and Kohls only when I have a really good coupon or I am really desperate.

I also used to shop Penneys every week,but not no more .no good sales or coupons or rewards anymore.Whoever thought of this new pricing was very wrong so now i always go to Kohls for the sales. I used to love shopping at penneys but not anymore.

Been trying to get additional drapes that I bought before change. Since change can't get anywhere near the same price, so I will do without. Nowhere near the sale prices as before and coupons, so we don't go there anymore

The Sephora employees in the Mall of Louisiana were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the samples, but the girl helping me made me up some samples of a few other products.

Haven't had an issue with JCP/Sephora employees, only those who were in the Southcenter Mall JCP in Seattle. Acted all bored and like they were in high school (disinterested w/customers)...THAT is why I buy online, JCP.

Does anyone else have an issue with the customer service and redemption of any type of freebie coupon at the JCP Sephora locations? Those employees need some help with customer service and plain old manners!
