JcPenney is starting a new policy. There are no long printing out coupons. That is why the mobile coupons are no longer working. They are doing away with coupons besides that rewards ones that you earn.

In reply to the comment about the coupon being counterfeit...not true. Next time use your cell phone to text the coupon to your phone. The number is located on the coupon. They can't refuse that!

JC Penny would not take this coupon, said it was take counterfeit. They said they would only take them from the JC Penny website and they were not offering any coupons this weekend according to the store manager.

I don't think JCP sends these out to everyone, only those who shop online pretty regularly. The only coupons w/a $10 discount were those that are off a $25 or more purchase...sorry, never have seen the other one online.

The Sephora employees in the Mall of Louisiana were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the samples, but the girl helping me made me up some samples of a few other products.

Yes at the JCP at the Antelope Valley Mall in West Palmdale, CA. did have what they were promoting & tried giving me a down grade Sephora is a joke especially the way the run it

Haven't had an issue with JCP/Sephora employees, only those who were in the Southcenter Mall JCP in Seattle. Acted all bored and like they were in high school (disinterested w/customers)...THAT is why I buy online, JCP.

Does anyone else have an issue with the customer service and redemption of any type of freebie coupon at the JCP Sephora locations? Those employees need some help with customer service and plain old manners!
