On 09/04/09 I went to the men's dept. looking for 4x clothing. I had no idea of where to look , thank goodness I asked Denise who was putting cloths back on shelves. She actually took me directly where I needed to go I found everything that I was looking for. and she actually helped me choose .Very,very helpfull salesperson

Today, my mother and I shopped at Penney's in Katy, Texas. I requested a wheelchair and a woman named Susan was very helpful and hand-delivered it to my mother and upon leaving, she brought my driver's license out to the parking lot.
