I've ordered numerous times over the years. Your order comes in a large re-usable styrofoam box with a block of dry ice. They usually ship orders two-day air because the dry ice lasts for about three days.

I think these guys got a ton of meat to move and figure ya gotta cook it, so . . . still too cold to grill and you could cube the steaks or chops and make a nice stir-fry?
