Please do not negative this deal if you cannot log onto AAFES. This is for military and anyone who can shop at the base exchange. If you have a relative who is able to they are allowed to purchase as a "gift" for you.

Thanks for the tip, I was actually about to order the XPS 8000 with the i5 processor but thanks to your advice I was able to save quite a bit and get more computer by reconfiguring the XPS 9000. I made same changes but upgraded the video card to the GFORCE 220, and upgraded the sound card to the Soundblaster XFI extreme. Total for this configuration came to $696.80
