You should be careful when using these. After using these strips for about a week your teeth will get extremely sensitive. It'll be uncomfortable even just breathing through your mouth at times. But I guess people go through more painful things to look good ^^;;.

When I used the really strong gel from my dentist he advised to use Sensodyne or another toothpaste designed for sensitive teeth 2 weeks prior to whitening. My teeth were sensitive before I whitened. After using the Sendodyne as a replacement for my regular tooth paste as directed I had no problems at all whitening..

You should not use this product constantly. Use it as a cycle but this is one of the best products that is short of a professional whitening.

a lot cheaper than in stores. i too have heard the precautions you should take when using them though.
