This probably will work for a powerpoint, but I wouldnt use it for TV. Going to be too grainy.

Its real grainy, and you have to fight to get it focused right, and you have to have your room almost pitch black and it will only look well at like 32"
I recommend getting the Sharper Image projector for the same price.
