To everyone wondering, a friend of mine just submitted their request a few minutes ago. If you get the blank page, you have to wait until the confirmation image loads. I think the image may be loading from Energizer's site and may be getting pounded by hits. My friend got a confirmation message after waiting, but it took about 5 minutes. So try not to navigate away from that page if you can. The submission may still get through even without the image loading, since that's probably irrelevant to the form submission.

I signed up, but, it was a pain. I think the "free shipping," headline on these pages is misleading because it's a mailed coupon - which is still fine - just not "free shipping."
