How do you search for it on the Iphone/iTouch? What's the keyword? I tried looking for it, but had no luck. Thanks.

From your iphone You need to go through ibook --> store --> search --> search for "kaplan"... select the book you like and download. You need ios4 -- ibook for it.

I tried to get the ibook app, but it would not open up. is there anyother ebook app that i can get to search for these kaplan books? Thanks.
