This might be a scam to get our info. NO Address request until you choose mail option. Also, says supplies are limited with no real info or count. Would like to see if anyone gets one. Maybe limited to 10! Smells fishy, hope I'm wrong!

The form is used to sign up for the newsletter as well... it's not uncommon for sites to do this.

This has to be a scam - because they don't care for your address at aall- unless you give them permission to solicit you via MAIL, not email, not no communication, only MAIL is what they care for.

Translation, they want your address only, creepy company!
