Package had everything as a Newer Unit except the AC Adaptor and the USB cord. I called the company and they are sending me the missing parts. Customer service was excellent! Cons: Takes some time after it is turned on to acquire gps signal.Get confused when you take a short cut other than the one it shows. Becomes very silent. It does however, corrects itself after some time. Other Thoughts: First GPS navigation system that I have purchased, so I cannot compare it to other expensive units from the competitors. So far I like it. The stylus is in a small compartment at the back of the unit, so look for it before you start complaining. Did you find this review helpful?
