Cons: The manual supplied is in Spanish!!! The CD supplied has it in English if you want to print 150 pages. QWERTY keypad makes for tiny keys which are not good for big hands but they are chicklets which helps. You can't assign hot keys to phone numbers that are stored on your SIM card. (REALLY?? That's where all of my phone numbers are.) To set up a hot key with a phone number you have to enter a duplicate phone number into the storage card (non SIM). Since it isn't a flip top the keyboard can be lit with an accidental nudge on your hip case or purse.
