Manufacturer's customer service was responsive to questions. Cons: Device is not compatible with many items I tried it with - Will not work with cell phones even though connection socket is identical - tried different USB cables - still no success. Tried to charge GPS - is not compatible - GPS will not function with charge unit.Called manufacturer who verified there are proprietary items that the device is not compatible with. Other Thoughts: Called Newegg about difficulties - I had purchased two for gifts - Newegg gave immediate refund of entire purchase. This is why I purchase from Newegg.
