Obviously he didn't do it on purpose, and dealplus has a validation mechanism already in place that they think is good enough to block duplicate deals. Like restart said, it did not come up as dup when link plugged in, same as mine that you complained about. My deals get dupped all the time, and yes many get much more attention than mine. Who cares. And yes I am a part of the money maker program, and I agree reaching the $50 mark is very tough and I feel for you, but honestly think about what you are complaining about.
