you have to click where it say Click on 'Special Savings' box on the left at the top of the page in the blue box to the left of the Downey bottle. a survey comes up, answer questions and then it tells you please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. I just checked it and it still is there!

At the top of what page? The link just takes you to the Walmart.com site, no specifics. So on the home page, there IS no "special savings" box. I suppose you need to be more specific in your instructions, or provide a direct link.
