This is an inappropriate method to determine patent infringement imo. And Samsung will just appeal the decision.

Anyhow, Apple is on shaky ground. They may be able to bully their way to protecting rectangles with round corners for a little while, but that strategy won't make the company succesful in the long run.

Apple better watch its step. 1999 Microsoft was right where Apple is right now and the government broke it up. Turned out to be a double blow to the economy (with the tech crash in 2000) that we really never fully recovered from IMO.
