Oh people, if you bought it, ate it, and enjoyed it, and really were NOT operating under the assumption that it was "healthier" (as some said they were) then you really shouldn't be hitting them up for $20. This is the kind of thing that just makes more and more frivolous lawsuits pop up - and someday it will affect the company YOU work for. If you felt deceived, then sure, I guess that is the point, but everyone can read labels...

My son has a lot of restriction on what he can eat & we bought several of these hoping he could tolerate it.

Interesting..We did buy one NUTELLA last year as I had a coupon and neither one of us liked it so we threw it out. Nice find and information :)

Wow..what is really going on here. Monsanto, FDA, Codex Alimentarius is taking over our food rights, especially natural foods, vitamins and herbs. Monsanto,FDA and Codex are feeding your children GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS (sterility, organ failure, cancer) and irradiating our food supply (dead food)-Research it. When we start becoming sick, bc our food supply is dead and poisoned (irradiated and gmo), and when low quality/high cost vitamins will only be available by a dr's prescription, remember that you supported companies not being able to make healthful claims on their products. Guess as a consumer with all the info we need over the internet, we cannot decide for ourselves what to buy or not.
The World According to Monsanto (full film). Wake up!

Sorry jaymebaby, there is at least one other person in the world that doesn't know who Monsanto is. I've heard of their products, but not the specific company until now. I guess God needs to help me too.

Thanks for having me research this. I am actually finding in the research that irradiated food is safer than non-irradiated organic food. Not what I expected to find, but if you hadn't given me the charge to "research it" then I wouldn't have come across that information.

The lawsuit claims that Ferrero made statements suggesting that Nutella is healthier than it actually is.
Its just a great ad campaign. People believe that you can spread chocolate / hazelnut on toast and have a healthy breakfast. This world ...

My wife definitely believed that Nutella was healthier than peanut butter, but the label shows it is mostly sugar and saturated fat.
