Water Prices Rise Sharply Across America; Double and Triple in Some Locales

We are seeing a raise in our bill and notices that it is going to Keep on going up! It's getting harder and harder to pay for the necessities let alone anything FUN! :(

We had a big water issue here about a year and a half ago. The town is basically bankrupt and uses water as a money generator. Suddenly some water bills (which are normally very high compared to neighboring communities) jumped several hundred percent. Some people were getting $800 water bills. People asked to have their place investigated for leaks. None found, but the town was saying the bill was legit. Funny how when the local news got involved it self corrected.
