Ugh, I got excited about the free shipping for orders over $25, but it has to come from their list of selected items! grrr

i received that error, then i got thru when i just went ahead and clicked on paypal to enter the code on the paypal side, and it showed the discount, but now its saying paypal is down. so i can't pay.
