i've had mine for about 2 months, the ink pad broke and my other one only worked if it was pluged into the wall..if you still have the receipt and it doesnt work ship it back and see if they'll fix it or send you a new one.

Stop comparing it to the ipod touch its just an mp3 player that can do more. Compare it to an ipod video or something then it obviously seems like a better deal

well i bought this online about 3 days ago. sadly it has no games and is exceptionally slow. it has great musis quality and the picture looks decent. the v touch doesnt have many options on it though,
